Members in Internal Complaints Committee [ICC]

The ICC is hereby constituted to prevent and address sexual harassment within the institution. The committee consists of the following members:

Mrs. Sini Raj – Human Resource Manager, Travancore Medicity.
Mrs. Hafeena Ershad E—Associate Professor, Travancore College of Allied Health Sciences, Kollam.
Mrs. Anupama S—Associate Professor, Travancore College of Allied Health Sciences, Kollam.
Mrs. Ammu G – Assistant Administrative Officer, Travancore College of Allied Health Sciences, Kollam.
Mrs. Arya S Anand – Lab Technician, Travancore College of Allied Health Sciences, Kollam.
Adv. Sudheer – Legal Adviser, Quilon Medical Trust, Kollam.
Ms. Shreya Gopan – Student representative (BPT).
Ms. Priyanka B – Student representative (BSc. Optometry).
Ms. Nandana S D– Student representative (BSc. MLT).

Duties of the ICC:

1. Handling Complaints: The ICC will receive and handle complaints related to sexual harassment in a confidential and impartial manner.
2. Training and Sensitization: Gender sensitization programs will be organized for all staff and students periodically.
3. Awareness Campaigns: Posters and banners to raise awareness on preventing sexual harassment will be displayed at strategic points across the campus.
